Russia's first ambassador to the FIA committee

It was organized In a company with Portugal motor club and welcomed about 80 participants from 43 countries, representing their national motor sports organizations. The seminar was aimed to provide a platform for ideas, experience and knowledge worldwide exchange. As the result, the national ambassadors should activate their attempts to inspire women in their countries to overcome obstacles and barriers.
The "Future schedule" was made up at the end of the event to follow it during upcoming four years. Michele Mutton, the head of the "women in Motorsport" FIA committee mentioned that "it was a pleasure for her to welcome so many people who are able to help in design of the future plans". According to that the 2016-2020 mission was submitted.
The "women in Motorsport" FIA committee was formed in 2009 and held its first seminar in 2012 when the first ambassadors were determined. As to nowadays, 74 ambassadors are making their mission worldwide, working from behalf of Women in Motorsport FÍA committee.
For the first time in the Women in Motorsport seminar Russian ambassador Natalia Freidina took part in the negotiations. Natalia was honored by Russian Motorsport Federation to develop women participation in Motorsport in her native country.
